Joan is a Real Estate Professional with a proven track record at exceeding her clients Real Estate needs. She came to New Mexico over 35 years ago from Long Island, New York – doing consulting work for a major Real Estate acquisition company in NYC. By the time she completed her consulting assignment, The Land of Enchantment had already taken hold and she chose to relocate to New Mexico.

Joan is currently a Keller Williams Luxury International Specialist. She is an appointed member of the Keller Williams Associate Leadership Council and is one of the appointed 54 members of New Mexico Select.

Joan represents buyers and sellers in all price ranges or, as she says, “From the Simply Elegant to the Elegantly Simple”. This is largely due to the fact that she enjoys becoming the “Family’s’ Realtor”. By doing so, she accommodates clients in buying a 2nd or 3rd home, while their children are ready to buy their first home. She also helps the senior family members who are ready to downsize.

In her focus to be the choice of the new and old generation of Real Estate owners and families, Joan uses a rather simplistic, old school approach integrated with the latest technology. She was taught early in life by her father, Pasquale DiGiovanna, who learned it from his father Antonio, a Sicilian immigrant. “When you agree to work for someone, no matter what it is, you always give 110%. So if you fall short of the mark, you’re still ahead of the rest.”
